SEOPilot provides software and related tools for SEO research, AI-assisted drafting, editing, scheduling, publishing workflows, and related productivity features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions, billing, and renewals

Some features may require payment. Subscription, billing, and renewal workflows may be handled by third-party providers such as Polar.

You authorize us and our providers to charge applicable fees, and we reserve the right to suspend or limit access for failed payments, chargebacks, or suspected abuse.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful or deceptive content, or use the service in a way that creates operational or security risk.

  • No credential abuse, scraping abuse, or interference with platform security.

Customer content and inputs

You are responsible for the website URLs, prompts, content, files, and instructions you provide to the service, including making sure you have the rights needed to use them.

AI-generated output

SEOPilot may generate drafts, recommendations, and other outputs using automated systems. These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular use case.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on, publishing, or distributing them.

Intellectual property

SEOPilot and its underlying software, branding, and service materials remain our property or the property of our licensors.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service itself.

Termination and suspension

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may also update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the effective date.
